With each Quick Scan 1000, we send along a troubleshooting cartridge to verify your Quick Scan 1000 is in manufacturer specifications. Easy and fast testing!
How to install a new 3V battery
The Quick Scan 1000 uses a 3v watch battery to store all data when the power is shut off to the system. If your battery is not working you will lose all your data including date and time when you power off. It's easy to fix. Call if you need help.
