I paid for next day shipping which was made available by their site. The item did not come in when it said it would this has happened twice now. No shipping refund ok no problem but then don’t make next day an option if it’s not actually next day and charge $32 for it

Best product to ship fresh semen
I honestly got tired of keeping semen warm in my bra or warming chilled or frozen the same way so
I could inspect quality prior to insemination of my females or a clients so they also can see the quality and motility of the sample prior. This has made any guess work gone it’s always the correct temperature so semen or extender don’t create shock and kill them all. This ensures there is no difference between either taking guess work out. I finally decided with breeding and shipping constantly this was a necessity for my business and my personal breeding program.

I’ve used this product several times! They are easy to use, and, assuming you’ve purchased the iSperm with instructional manual, come with many options for loading! The chips always come in clean, neat packaging and the chips are always clear and free of dust or other contaminants before use. Very crucial for the animals I work with!
It came quickly. I would like to have seen the package colder. The ice pack had melted and was not cold. However, they yellow tag stated it had not go too hot. Fingers crossed it will work perfectly.

We love the Mini Vidas machine. The tests function well. My only negative comment would be that I wish they were not so expensive. It feels like we are spending quite a bit more on test kits now than when we had our other progesterone machine. The shipping is also an additional $50 and that adds up. We still wouldn't go back because this machine feels like it has pinpoint accuracy for both breeding and reverse progesterone results for csections. Also, if they ever went on sale, it would be amazing! What I will say is that I love this company and the guys are excellent if you ever need help or have questions.
