The new water reservoir is placed in the middle of the right-sided chamber, easy to refill water and check the running status.

The new heavy-duty ultrasound humidifier ensures an ultra-high humidification performance, now the humidity could be increased to 85RH (at 28 Celsius Degrees), which is required by many exotic species.

Unfortunately, I can’t remember the gentleman‘s name that help me due to the lack of sleep, and my brain is turned to puppy mush ( whelping hours) Just want to make sure that if there’s any way of recognizing him, please thank him again he was absolutely Fantastic. This literally was a lifesaver, Three out Six English bulldog puppies we have ended up aspirating and getting pneumonia within the first week of life. Also, did I mention they came early. we had purchased from a competitors company that Miss let us on shipping and product Availability. The day it was arrive came and went and with the puppies coming early this was a problem. In the end I would love to say that we saved all the puppies, but this isn’t true. We only ended up losing the one that was a water puppy. He also had cleft pallet and was being tube feed with some other complications so probably wasn’t gonna make it anyway from what the vet told us. To give it the old college try and he did survive for a Did give it the old college try and he did survive for a week after receiving incubator. Is was also the reason why all the other ones came early and if it wasn’t for the wonderful, help, and overnight shipping that we received from your Company I think we might have lost the other two. So thank you thank you thank you!! Lifelong customer will never be using a competitor ever again if you’ve got what we’re looking for will be ordering from you
