I’ve used this product several times! They are easy to use, and, assuming you’ve purchased the iSperm with instructional manual, come with many options for loading! The chips always come in clean, neat packaging and the chips are always clear and free of dust or other contaminants before use. Very crucial for the animals I work with!
It came quickly. I would like to have seen the package colder. The ice pack had melted and was not cold. However, they yellow tag stated it had not go too hot. Fingers crossed it will work perfectly.

We love the Mini Vidas machine. The tests function well. My only negative comment would be that I wish they were not so expensive. It feels like we are spending quite a bit more on test kits now than when we had our other progesterone machine. The shipping is also an additional $50 and that adds up. We still wouldn't go back because this machine feels like it has pinpoint accuracy for both breeding and reverse progesterone results for csections. Also, if they ever went on sale, it would be amazing! What I will say is that I love this company and the guys are excellent if you ever need help or have questions.

You place chip in that comes with them read the chip then set to quick start and test each reusable test from low to high making sure they are all within the limits written on packaging they come in. Be sure to immediately place them bace in protective packaging for reuse and seal. Give me confidence and peace of mind knowing the calibration is correct.
We love our CubeVet for progesterone timing. Our girls are getting pregnant and it is super easy to use. But the shipping is outrageous $$$ and the tiny ice packs are not working it keeps coming room temperature. I have spoken to P4 and they refuse to add move ice packs even if I pay for them??? They say it does not need them??? But it is supposed to be refrigerated???

The Cube Vet test kits are shipped with ice, as you have mentioned, and we also add temp monitoring technologies to the test kit boxes to make sure they are not stressed. In some locations in the summer, the ice may melt, but do not fear, the temp monitoring system would tell us if the temp went too high, and we would replace it for you. If the temp monitors are not tripped, then the temp in the box did not exceed manufacture specs. Once you get them, just pop them in the fridge, and you will be all set.
