2- Once YOU have determined YOUR Personal Trade Up Program the Specialist will gather a bit of info on your trade in unit.  After the payment is made CanineP4 will email you YOUR FREE return label to send back your trade in (NO COST TO YOU).

Once we get notification from the carrier that Your trade in unit is on its way to us we will ship YOUR NEW SYSTEM to YOU that day (purchases of the Mini Vidas and Immulite 1000 systems will take some time to prepare) if we get Your notification by 1:30 CST.

The above review are from Alibaba from two customers that bought the orange unit show above. Once they did you can see that the customer was not able to get any help with the problem that they were having. This is very common since these sites just sell you something that in most cases ships from overseas and they offer no support and in many cases you can not even get a response once you purchase.
