This Caniplus product is shipped with ice to keep the package from going over the temperature ranges of the product per the manufacturer. All Caniplus shipments are also temperature monitored with an inbox sensor that will indicate if the product has been stressed. Your package sensor was in the normal range so your product is well within the manufacturer temp ranges. You can be sure your product is ready for you to use. Thank you.

These kits have been pretty accurate and comparable to what I get at the vet.

I buy my supplies for using my Wondfo Finecare for progesterone testing. Very reliable supplier. My only request is to offer monoject brand needle syringes so I do not need to go elsewhere for that one item.
