Product good but delivery service unreliable

5 stars for the product & customer service from the company. Rated as a 3 due to this company’s use of UPS as a delivery service. Took over a week to arrive due to UPS incorrectly marking as delivered & apparently this isn’t the first time. Was told this is common with delivery services during the holidays but have only encountered delivery issues when companies use UPS.
