The Vcheck V200 requires calibration once every 30 days, or whenever the instrument is powered on after relocation. The calibration procedure takes approximately 2 minutes using the dedicated calibration set.

What is the lifespan of the Bionote Vcheck V200 calibration strips?

Factory-calibrated V200 calibration optical strips have an active lifespan of 14 to 24 months from manufacture. Each strip is marked with an expiration date and should be replaced once expired to maintain assay accuracy.

How do you run calibration on the Bionote Vcheck V200?

From the V200 main menu, select Calibration, insert the optical calibration strip into the holder, and press Start. The analyzer measures optical absorbance, confirms alignment, and displays a Pass confirmation on screen.
