For serum-based canine progesterone testing, the Anbio 100C uses 50 µL of separated serum and a 10-minute assay run. Blood collection and sample preparation take additional time. Follow the instructions supplied with your exact assay kit for accepted sample types and handling. Store kits at 4°C to 30°C (39°F to 86°F), and use them before the supplied lot’s expiry date.
