The whole blood test is so much easier than having to draw enough blood to spin it down waiting for clotting time approx. 45 minutes with a standard test vs draw and run on these whole blood approx 15 min total. with a very small blood draw. Thanks for providing these

Are the finecare vet Whole Blood progesterone test kits accurate?

The Whole Blood Wondfo Finecare Vet Petlife kits have not been tested by CanineP4. Many of our customers use them and have great results. There is however not a timing chart for the whole blood test. Most of the folks using them have tested them with their serum Finecare testing and by doing so understand the testing results they get. The results will be different than the serum test kits. They love them for the ease of use.

Please note: This product has not been evaluated by Canine P4.

Why is it important to only use the US-authorized Finecare Pet life test kits in the purple Petlife boxes with my Finecare Vet or Finecare Dx testing systems?

Purchasing non-authorized Wondfo Fincare test kits from a non-US-authorized Finecare Vet dealer can put your testing in jeopardy.

Only the test kits in the purple Finecare vet Petlife boxes are calibrated and tested for the US market (this is per Wondfo USA). All other Finecare vet progesterone test kits that are available are not designed or calibrated for the US market. In addition, many of these non-US-authorized
test kits may have been stressed from long shipping times and poor storage on the kits. Wondfo-authorized test kits (in the purple petline boxes) are tested before they are sold to you. Then we also test each lot to verify they meet Wondfo US market ranges.

Another consideration is that the people selling these non-US Finecare test kits (in the old pink box) are not authorized dealers of the Wondfo Finecare Vet Petlife products (per Wondfof USA). This in most cases leaves you with no support to help you troubleshoot when you need it, and no way to get a return on the test kit products when you find that they are not reading correctly and you have wasted a good deal of time and money.

Remember these non-US finecare test kits (in the pink boxes) are not tested or designed for the Wondfo USA finecare vet Petlife products.

To be confident in your testing always purchase the Wondfo US market Finecare units and test kits in the purple petlife box with CanineP4’s internal and ongoing lot-to-lot testing.

Does CanineP4 sell the Wondfo-authorized Finecare Petlife USA market test kits for the US version of the Finecare Vet and the Finecare DX models?

Yes! We only sell the Wondfo-authorized test kits that are shipped from Wondfo USA Chicago, fully tested, and with additional internal testing from CanineP4 on all lots before we sell them to you.

We also do full correlations of the progesterone kits with the two vet industry standards for progesterone and then provide you with accurate timing charts for these lots.  

Please note: if you are trying to use our Finecare Progesterone timing charts on non-authorized Wondfo Finecare test kits they will not match. These charts are only intended for the US Market Finecare progesterone test kits we sell here at CanineP4.

Saving a bit with unknown testing products, in the long run, will cost you much more
than you saved.
