The V200 standalone system requires two pipetting actions. Please watch the video below since incorrect pipetting is the #1 reason for questionable results. Your start-up kit will come with two (2) pipettors. One is a 50 uL pipette the second is a 100 uL pipette. As you can see the more accurate you are with these pipetting actions the more precise your testing will be. SO TAKE THE TIME TO WATCH THIS VIDEO CLOSELY. We find that poor consistency with the pipetting actions is the main cause of questionable results. Remember the 1st stop on both pipettors is the sample draw position. That just means you push the plunder on the pipettor to the first stop to draw samples and then you push the plunger all the way to the bottom to dispense the sample.
Here is a quick and simple explanation of how to use the vacutainers that come in your kit, or that you can purchase on CaineP4.com. Vacutainer makes the process of drawing a blood sample a bit easier since the vacutainer is under negative pressure and once it is perched by the collection needle it will draw the sample in automatically. WE ALSO OFFER VACUTAINER, NEEDLES, AND SUPPLIES FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE.
No need for a timing chart! The Vcheck V200 is correlated to an Immulite 1000 (Used in many nationally know testing labs as their reference method). Your results will read much like the Immulite 1000. Each printout will have the timing ranges printed for your convenience. See an actual printed example below.
