Your test kit order (in fact most all orders) will ship the same day if you place and pay for your order by 1 PM Central Time. If your order comes in after 1 PM it will be shipped first thing on the next business day. 

Keep in mind we do not ship on the weekends so if you order on a Friday after 1 PM your order will ship the next business day which would be Monday. 

However, if you choose Saturday delivery on a test kit order placed on Friday before 1 PM your order will be shipped Friday for Saturday delivery. 

Please remember weekend deliveries are subject to the carrier and out of our control. 

YES. All Vcheck V200-V2400, Cube Vet, sperm extenders, and any other product that is shipped in an iced insulated box should be opened and refgerated right away.

NO the iced insulated boxes are designed to keep your test kits cool. All the temperature-sensitive kits are stable at room temp or above for a few days. The iced shipments are to keep the shipment from excessive temperatures that are often found in delivery trucks. 

However, once you receive your shipment you should unpack and place it in refrigeration as quickly as possible. Long-term storage on V200, Cube Vet, sperm extenders, and other products (please see product page details) do require refrigeration. 

NOTE: Finecare, Quick Scan 100, and Quick Scan Mini test kits may be shipped were needed in iced insulated boxes to negate extreme summer temperatures in transit. These Finecare, Quick Scan 100, and Quick Scan Mini test kits once received do not need refrigeration if your room temperature is in the normal range of 65-78 Fahrenheit. If your room is above 78 or so on a regular basis these kits can be stored in your refrigerator if they are being stored for more than 2 months in ensure stability.

All Vcheck V200 test kits are shipped in insulated and iced shipping boxes. To ensure the integrity of your test kits, we provide professional-level packaging including iced insulated boxes! In hot summer climates, we set all shipping of iced kits to 2nd-day air via FedEx, or you can choose faster shipping if you prefer. 

We also recommend that you order your iced test kits for best delivery Monday-Wednesday of any week. As you know shipping with all carriers has been spotty at times. Ordering on Monday-Wednesday will get the product to you before a weekend that may delay a shipment several days. FedEx 2 day air is defined by FedEx as taking from 1-3 days. These shipping times are out of our control.
